Rebecca (the especially magnetic Juliette Binoche) is one of the world’s top war photographers who goes too far on an assignment in Kabul and is seriously injured following a suicide bomber. She must weather a major emotional storm when her husband refuses to put up with her dangerous life any longer, forcing her to choose between covering war zones or prioritizing her family. Also starring Game of Thrones actor Nikolaj Coster-Waldau.

“1,000 Times Good Night” has moments of both startling violence and breathtaking beauty. - Washington Post

“What makes “1,000 Times Good Night” more than a dramatic essay on wartime journalism is Ms. Binoche’s wrenchingly honest portrayal of a woman of conscience driven by a mixture of guilt, nobility and self-importance, reckoning belatedly with her destructive impulses.” - NY Times
