How to redeem your ALFF@ Ticket Pack

Ticket Packs are a great way to enjoy a variety of screenings and more during ALFF. Here's a quick guide about how to use them.

If you haven’t already picked one that suits your interests and everything you’d like to see or experience, visit the ALFF Passes page on yukontickets.com to see the options for tickets for YAC screenings OR visit the ALFF @ Yukon Cinema ticket packs page on alff.ca to see the options for tickets for Yukon Cinema screenings.

Once you’ve purchased your ALFF @ YAC ticket package...

To redeem films with your ALFF 10 Ticket Pack or 5 Ticket Pack, here’s what you need to do:

1. Log into your account on the Yukon Arts Centre ticketing page HERE.
   1. LOGIN can be found at the top right of the page. 
   2. This will be the email address you purchased the pass under.
2. Add ALFF films to your cart. The Pass will be noted in the top and the total will be $0.00
3. You can check out after adding a single film or you may continue to add other films to your cart. The total will be $0.00 until you use all of your pass.*
4. Once all shows have been added proceed through the checkout until you press the Confirm order on the bottom.
5. The final screen will give you the Order Confirmation and your tickets will be delivered to you by the method of your choice.

*Note:

• 5 and 10 film ticket packs can either be redeemed for a single screening (all at once) or for up to 10 different films.
• Our apologies, however there is no All Access ALFF Pass this year. If you're looking to make a donation or controibution to support ALFF, you can support the festival in a new way this year, however. Ask us about our ALFF Patron sponorship!
