How to use your pass

Passes are a great way to enjoy a variety of screenings and more during ALFF. Here's a quick guide about how to use them.

Haven’t purchased a pass or ticket package yet?

If you haven’t already picked one that suits your interests and everything you’d like to see or experience, visit the ALFF Passes page to see the options—then come on back! We’ll be here.

Once you’ve purchased your ticket package...

To redeem films with your ALFF All Access Pass, 5 Film Pass, or 5 Film Pass, here’s what you need to do:

1. Log into your account on the Yukon Arts Centre ticketing page HERE.
   1. LOGIN can be found at the top right of the page. 
   2. This will be the email address you purchased the pass under.
2. Add ALFF films to your cart. The Pass will be noted in the top and the total will be $0.00
3. You can check out after adding a single film or you may continue to add other films to your cart. The total will be $0.00 until you use all of your pass.*
4. Once all shows have been added proceed through the checkout until you press the Confirm order on the bottom.
5. The final screen will give you the Order Confirmation and your tickets will be delivered to you by the method of your choice.

 

*Note:

• 5 and 10 film passes can either be redeemed for a single screening (all at once) or for up to 10 different films.
• All Access Passes may only be used once per film.
