Are you an aspiring documentary filmmaker who wants to further develop your storytelling skills? Working with Withers, this one-day workshop explores the best practices during the creative process of editing documentary films. It's designed for filmmakers/editors to improve their workflow and storytelling skills.
There are different approaches that an editor can take when editing a documentary film. How do these approaches impact how to organize and prepare for the edit in Adobe Premier? How do you balance factual and emotional journey in a feature documentary? What are the best practices when assembling sequences in the timeline?
YFS is able to help 2 people from outside Whitehorse to participate in this workshop with travel subsidy. Please let us know!
