Demystifying the Actor's Process, an ALFF Industry event

A workshop for both experienced actors and curious beginners, led by multiple award-winning actor, writer, director, and acting teacher Ben Immanuel.

This workshop offers an opportunity to explore how to achieve the openness and authenticity that all great performances require while also delving into the technical aspects of the craft of acting.

Whether you're looking to elevate your acting skills or simply discover ways to feel more present and relaxed in social or workplace settings, Ben will meet you wherever you are on your journey. Through group exercises and scene work with selected participants, Ben will share tools and techniques gleaned from decades of study with some of the world’s most influential acting teachers and his own 30-year career teaching both professional film, TV, and theatre actors as well as newcomers.

No need to feel intimidated—this respectful and playful workshop aims to invite participants to reconnect with the human qualities that inspire great performances and enrich everyday life in our increasingly distracted world.

Come join us and rediscover the joy of staying grounded, authentic, and alive.
