Roundtable Discussions

This guided roundtable session features approximately ten tables hosted by invited industry guests, with space for multiple participants at each table to introduce themselves, ask questions, and engage in conversation. Attendees will rotate every 20 minutes, with short breaks between sessions, allowing them to visit up to four tables and connect with a range of companies and organizations ahead of Sunday’s One-to-One Meetings. Designed as an informal professional development opportunity, not a pitching forum, the event encourages meaningful introductions, peer connection, and discovery of new collaborators. Pre-scheduled seating is available, with limited room for drop-ins.
