6:30pm BBQ and social!

Special Resolution

In addition to AGM business, we will vote on a Special Resolution to amend our Bylaws, including:

- additional language on the powers of directors, required to conform with Section 7(2)(e) of the Societies Act, and
- wording allowing borrowing by YFS. (This was passed at our January 29, 2019 Special General Meeting, but Societies requires it to be passed again in conjunction with the above amendment.)
