2021 Yukon 48 Film Challenge - ONLINE VOD Screening

The Klondike Institute of Art & Culture (KIAC) and the Yukon Film Society (YFS) present the 2021 Yukon 48 Film Challenge completed FILMS.

The screening will open at 6pm Nov 13 and be available until 11:45pm Nov 14. Streaming fee will be $10. Filmmakers will revieve the discount code.

All participating films will be shown on Sat Nov 13 and Sun Nov 14. A winning entry will be decided upon by a jury. The winning entry will be screened at the 2022 Dawson City International Short Film Festival and considered for screening at the 2022 Available Light Film Festival. Two Audience Awards will also be presented, voted on by the Whitehorse and Dawson audiences. Audience choice voting will be open until 11:59pm Mon Nov 15. Please email your audience choice vote to yfs@yukonfilmsociety.com One vote per viewer.

Please note that there is a text card that indicates the start of the group of films that contain mature subject matter and are recommended for ages 12+. These are the last 4 films in the streaming program.

We will present in-person screenings in December. Date TBA. Tickets sold for the Nov 13 event will be honoured or can be refunded or exchanged for the streaming discount code.
