YFS is teaming up with Made-Nous as part of the MADE in Canada: A Summer Blockbuster Series which which has seen the return of some of the biggest Canadian-made films to drive-ins and cine-parcs across the country. This event is presented with respect to social distancing protocols - space is limited. All vehicles must reserve their spot in advance. This pop-up drive-in venue is the south parking lot of the KDCC on Front St.

Arrival delivers a must-see experience for fans of thinking person's sci-fi that anchors its heady themes with genuinely affecting emotion and a terrific performance from Amy Adams.

When mysterious spacecraft touch down across the globe, an elite team--lead by expert linguist Louise Banks (Amy Adams)--are brought together to investigate. As mankind teeters on the verge of global war, Banks and the team race against time for answers--and to find them, she will take a chance that could threaten her life, and quite possibly humanity. Filmed in Quebec with Canadian crew and directed by Quebec director Denis Villeneuve (Incendies, Blade Runner 2049)
