Yukon Film Society and The Beer Tasters’ Social House present a new film series highlighting exceptionally bizarre cult and underground films! Horror, exploitation, schlock and more will sully the screen at The Social House once a month this summer so come on down for some great beer and free popcorn! Entry is by donation! “It was the night the teenagers ruled the world…" A comet has wiped out most of life on Earth, leaving two Valley Girl sisters to fight the evil that has survived the destruction of the comet. Inspired by recent teen hits like Valley Girl and sci-fi/horror classics like Omega Man, Last Woman on Earth, and Dawn of the Dead, Night of the Comet is the perfect teenage apocalypse B-movie, chalk-full of boy troubles, automatic machine guns, and comet-exposed zombies. Get your leg warmers and pom-poms ready because Reggie (Catherine Mary Stewart) and Sam (Kelli Maroney) are out for a wild night on the deserted streets of Los Angeles!
