In May of 2020 during the early days of the COVID-19 pandemic, a standoff between a small-town sheriff and mayor sparks a powder keg as neighbour is pitted against neighbour in Eddington, New Mexico. A24's first? latest? Western satire... hold onto your cowboy hats.

What a cast Air Aster (Hereditary, Midsommer) has assembled for this dark comedy! Joaquin Phoenix, Pedro Pascal, Luke Grimes, Deirdre O’Connell, Micheal Ward, Clifton Collins Jr., Austin Butler and Emma Stone.
