My Father From Sirius

When filmmaker Einari was a boy in smalltown Finland his father Veikko was an ordinary guy with a job at the local tax office. Until he disclosed to his 12 year old son that he was a messenger between Earth and Outer Space. Henceforth, Veikko was a super-being who believed he could cure cancer, see extraterrestrial beings and contact the afterlife. Twenty five years later Einari returns and confronts his father with his own doubts. A wonderfully told father and son film about belief and disbelief in the spiritual world.
