Palthu Janwar is a refreshing take on the relation between humans and domestic animals. This family friendly entertainer is about Prasoon, an animator by profession, who with little interest is forced to take up the government job of a veterinary inspector as a compassionate appointment.

Forced into his role of livestick inspector, Prasoon is wary of animals but through a series of fits and starts finds his rhythm with the provincial population and various animals to become a sort of local hero and son. Interlaced with the drama is bits of comedy and jocular conversation among the cast of characters.
