The singular cult classic best-worst movie ever contender makes its Yukon theatrical debut 20 years after it release. This stinker is so legendary that James Franco made a biographical comedy, 2017's The Disaster Artist, about the making of The Room.

Johnny is a successful bank executive who lives quietly in a San Francisco townhouse with his fiancée, Lisa. One day, putting aside any scruple, she seduces Johnny's best friend, Mark. From there, nothing will be the same again.
