Shary Boyle and Christine Fellows: Spell to Bring Lost Creatures Home

An intimate collaborative work by Toronto visual artist Shary Boyle and Winnipeg musician Christine Fellows that is presented as a series of vignettes seen through a window, Spell to Bring Lost Creatures Home invites audiences on a mysterious, and immersive journey through a richly described visual and aural landscape. Part ritual and part myth, Boyle and Fellows use sound, lyric, image and light to tell stories that reconnect us with a sense of shared history and common humanity. Fellows and Boyle have been collaborating since 2005 and have created a number of these performances. A Q&A with the artists will follow this performance.
